Need urgent HELP

I had a quest 2 back in 2024 I had a account with literally all my games on it so I recently tried to recover my old account so I can get all my games but everything i try or do it always make me make a new account I had the username and purchase logs of everything I have all the proof I need to back my account up The username is Tundra.TTM and every time I put it in the meta horizon app it does not let me log in I have all the purchase log and I think the box and receipt of the quest if ANYONE CANNHELP PLEASE DO MY EMAIL IS mailto:Jaycea3311@gmail.com or jayceascott9@gmail.com
