Super glad you reached out to us, Thank you for your heroic efforts in troubleshooting your new device. Really impressive. Fear not, we have one more thing for you to try before taking your device back to the place you purchased it from.
Let me introduce you to our software update tool. With this nifty little tool you can connect your Headset to your PC and get the update through that connection. This will hopefully get you enjoying the Metaverse as soon as possible.
It doesn't happen often but sometimes our devices need to be replaced so failing the step above we advise you return to your retailer for a replacement or a refund. If you need to talk to us again about this issue, please get yourself into our DM's incase we need to discuss account information with you (For your privacy).
