Can you please provide a working method? Your software update tool doesn't work. Also, one more question. How it possible to make an android device not working? Is it really possible. It's just an andriod device
I have the same issue. Have you found a solution?
mate this partly worked. Now the pairing code is visible. But meta horizon app says "cant connect to device". So the problem continues.
1. Buy WiFi adapter or router.
2. Install VPN on it.
3. Turn on the VPN.
4. Connect to the WiFi.
5. Install the update. It may fail. Retry till success.
Otherwise it's just a piece of plastic.
And no way to install an update via USB even if I have a VPN on my PC.
6. Next time: choose another VR 😁, not from Meta, it makes simple things too complicated.
