No access to the email account Meta uses

I'm having a login problem, and the Meta account center ALMOST resolves it but the last step is them asking me to enter a code that it sent to an email account I no longer have access to.    Even the page to delete that account and let another existing one take over.   I need some real person help to update my email address, but can't find a chat or phone number anywhere
