There's nothing on your headset because you did a factory reset. That was a mistake.
The downloading problem is probably a server error (others are having the same problem), so just wait until the servers are working again.

I left my headset on overnight as suggested by another user and it worked. Woke up to it working again and downloading

Has anyone had a solution to this? Started on both my Meta Quest 3 devices 5-6 days ago.
can play online and use browser etc but can not download any new games/apps or add new user to any of the devices.
