No games are downloading or installing

Seems multiple people have this since yesterday / today :/ same here unknownerror12 on all app download. 

I am having same issue today

There's nothing on your headset because you did a factory reset. That was a mistake.

The downloading problem is probably a server error (others are having the same problem), so just wait until the servers are working again.

What steve_40 said. Also just in case check that your wifi is still connected after the reset. Probably is, but just in case. 

I left my headset on overnight as suggested by another user and it worked. Woke up to it working again and downloading
