No new Navigator, still on V78.1027 not updating?

So yeah, UK based. Into August now. No Navigator. Updater says new versions are available, I install them, check the updater, it says the last update was at the start of July and I'm on V78.1027. Tried updating from the website, no difference. Tried bootloading the latest version, no difference.

Is my device stuck? Is anyone else STILL waiting for the Navigator? Should my version number have moved? Is this normal? Why aren't the version numbers moving when I install new updates?

Trying to do everything in my power not to do a factory reset, as if I have to reinstall gigabytes of software and it doesn't fix the issue, I frankly don't think my blood pressure can handle it..........

    Im on same version as you V78.1027 in the UK (don't think location really matters tbh) and No New Navigator just like many many more. I ain't too bothered to be honest it will eventually arrive not worth the stress worrying about it. You know how Meta is dangle a carrot and if your lucky you may get a bite. Not sure on how buggy it may be so its better to wait longer so less bugs.

    No, this is not normal, but it is the current situation for everyone - at least for most of us(Germany here) - as you  can see if you do a little forum search.

    Exactly the same situation here in Australia, stuck on v78.1027. Meta Support says wait for v79 software update to fix this issue. I'm not sure if it will bring Navigator though.

      It's really chaos isn't it? A few of my friends literally in my area of Istanbul have higher versions of my V78.0 and don't have Navigator. When I factory reset I was on v78.1026 and it reverted back to v78.0 and Navigator appeared. One of my friends then tried it, factory reset to v78.0 but Navigator never appeared. Two weeks now and  she still doesn't have it. Maybe there is a reason for this but Meta should tell people what the process is.

        Meta often distributes features completely random to accounts
        not by version.

        You have the navigator but you said in another thread you still have the "hide" option in apps.

        The new feature(already months old) is "remove", if you get this "hide" will disappear. 

        So, you have the new navigator but some older features in your menu.

        I have the remove option but no navigator😂
