Hi. I signed up through a referral link for my new account, and activated my new Quest 3. And so far I haven't received the $30 promotional Quest the link itself told me I would get. I would like to know if it takes some time for it to appear, or if it is an error, as for what I've seen it seems to be one. Hope you can help me. Thanks.

Step 1 isn't correct anymore, just tap on the three lines in the top left corner of the app to open the menu, then follow the other steps.

In most cases, the $30 promotional Quest credit does not appear instantly. It can take some time after activation, sometimes up to 24–72 hours, for the credit to show up in your account. I recommend checking your Wallet or Payment Methods section in the Meta app or on the Meta website to see if it is pending.
If it still does not appear after a few days, it is likely a referral tracking issue. Reaching out to Meta Support with your referral details and activation date is the best next step, as they are usually able to resolve it.
