I also have the extension in my Quest browser and can download/install it from there.
Actually, I do as well 😄. So either the OP has different extensions or they are blind 🤣. But I've given them a workaround.
Here is my extensions page. Not sure why it’s not showing up for me. I have tried changing some of the settings but still doesn’t come up. I will try the side loading option.

There seems to be a Meta "loading" icon on the right. It looks like the browser hasn't finished (or is unable to) load all the extensions. Maybe leave that page open for a while and see if the extensions load. There should be a lot more extensions than that - I get 11 extensions available in my browser.
