    Hello British_person420!

We can see that you are having trouble charging your Quest 3 and that your controllers do not connect to your headset.

Lets see about getting your headset back to charging, so you can go back to playing in the Metaverse.

Firstly we will walk you through a couple steps to help us solve this issue as fast as possible:

    • Are you using the provided power adapter that came with your headset?
    • If you are charging your headset does it feel warm to the touch? If it does feel warm we would ask you to disconnect your headset from the charging cable and wait until it has cooled down to try charging again.
    • Remove any unsupported 3rd-party accessories that may affect battery charging.
    • Please try charging your headset for 2 hours.
    • Are you using a facial interface accessory? If you are then please try charging without the interface as some interfaces can block the proximity sensor of the charger.
    • We would also like to ask if you are aware if any liquides spilled on your headset?

If you are still experiencing issues with charging your headset, then we would ask that you reach out to us privately so we can have a closer look into this for you, and if these steps do resolve the charging issue, we would be happy to help you with your controllers too.

We wish you a nice day!
