Not connecting to controller or app.
I came home to play my new quest after only playing it for a few hrs yesterday when I first got it. I had no problems. Played it until the battery was nearly dead and put it away charging for the evening. Came home today and its stuck on the select user screen. Doesnt seem to recognize controllers. Ive changed the batteries, cleaned the sensors, restarted, and wven did a factory reset but now it just gets to the screen where youre supposed to take the paper tab out of the battery. Ive also reset both controllers. The headset also wont connect to my app and the support bot is contunially telling me supports not available for my product which isn’t true. The things still on warranty, I’m hoping its not faulty and I have to exchange it but I cant get any help.
