Not getting refund money
So i bought a game with a credit card but now i refund it and it said if i refund it to meta cash it would be instant but now it says +17.99 for the game but the balance is still 0.00

Where did you see, the refund is instant?The support page say it'll take 5-7 days working days to review the request.
It also says refund to Quest cash is faster, not immediately. So I guess you just have to wait a bit.😉Refunds for apps and games purchased on Meta Horizon Store
If you didn't receive the money after a week, contact support.

there is still the review time from 5-7 days.
You are right, it's very misleading if it is stated like that.
