Not loading on start up

Everytime I start up my 3s all i get is the meta horizons os title screen and nothing else. After a few minutes I reboot and try again but the same results. I was thinking of doing a factory reset, as it doesn't actually let me shut the 3s down. How much data will I lose with the reset? Or am I just able to log into my account and get everything back?

    Yes, if you set up the Quest with the same account, you can just download your games again.

    Your savegames are saved in the cloud(if you haven't disabled that) so, you can just continue playing your games.

    Before doing a factory reset, you might try to use the update tool.
