Not turning on

I have a metaquest3 and tried to do a factory reset by pressing power and volume and now it wont turn on. It has enough power but even connecting to power theres no light

    We'd love to give a helping hand with solving the power issues with your Meta Quest 3. It's definitely not ideal, since you've factory reset your device that it's not turning back on again, but not to worry, we'll take a look at getting it fixed and having you back in the Metaverse.
