Not turning on

Question

My quest 2 is not turning kn properly. The loading screen that says "meta horizon os" with the logo above is showing but only part of the sound effect is playing. It keeps on repeating this and wont turn on properly. I have already tried holding down the power button for 30+ seconds and that has restarted it but hasn't made it any better.

You can try if updating the Quest helps... maybe an update didn't go through properly.
You can use the Meta update tool&nbsp;
If this doesn't work, try it by following the steps in the video.
If it still doesn't work, you might have to do a factory reset.
