Oculus 3 lost guardian and would no longer restart

Hello,

I lost the guardian/boundary during a game. Rebooted with no luck, factory reset no luck either. Tried to factory reset through phone app but cannot even connect to phone.

Any suggestion for my next steps is greatly appreciated

Also have been playing for 4 hours using battery pack, if that helps narrow down whats wrong

Any help is much appreciated
