OCULUS CV1

i have this device and no matter how long i scroll or chat with ai i cant speak to a human. im having a problem where it shows my device hdmi is not connected ive tried everything and now am trying to remove the device from my acount so i can try to add it back (as i read that it could be the possible fix) yet every time i try to remove the device through your support page it continues to say i have no device linked to this account. i cant remove the device on the mobile or pc app where i have launched my oculus throught the app several times and now it just doens want to can someone actually respond because ik its not that hard as a million dollar company and disregarding old product that you decided to buy out

    You should be able to delete it using the pc link app.

    Click on your device - in the window that opens, scroll down and click "remove device".
