Oculus Go 3 dots

Question

Hello, I have an Oculus Go that I was booting up, and it's stuck on the 3 dot loading screen, no matter what I do. I've already done a hard reboot, and this did not fix it.

I fear it's because the app updated on my iphone. Is there literally anything I can do, or did Meta brick my Oculus Go forever?

cameron4459​&nbsp; you might have to factory reset to get the headset working again, and then follow the procedures in this thread to set the headset up again as the modern PC app is no longer compatible. The procedure is also applicable to Oculus Go headsets.
Meta support doesnt't recognize my Oculus Quest (1st gen) serial number so I cannot get help. | Meta Community Forums - 1274215
