My Oculus Go is stuck in updating mode. Says to follow steps on phone app but can't find any. My phone says it's connected to my device. It took several attempts to get passed the Health n Safety video but finally did. I added my credit card info now it's stuck!

Same problem with mine. Says "Your Headset is updating". Please take off your headset and follow the steps on your phone. Nothing happens. Stuck on this screen. My phone won't cast even though it sees the Oculus Go.
Same problem with mine. There is no error messages, nothing. That stupid Healt and safety video just rolling and rolling, 10 times all ready.

The setup for the Go doesn't work with the current Horizon app, you'll need an oder version of it.
The solution in the following link - it's for the first Quest, but works also for the Go - describes what you must do and includes a link to an older version..... maybe you must try various versions, though.
If you use the forum search you'll find several threads about this issue and several verion numbers that worked for people.
