Oculus login loop

I'm locked out of my main Meta Quest account because I've lost access to both the email and phone number used for two-factor authentication (2FA). I can still get into the linked Facebook account, but I can't change the email on my Meta Horizons account or log in because of the 2FA. I do not have the log in codes either. How can I fix this?

    There's an incredibly important reason why you are supposed to write down your one-time 2FA recovery codes and keep them in a safe place. Otherwise, you might find yourself permanently locked out of your account 😉.
