We understand it can be devastating If you purchase a brand new Quest 2 only to find it won't respond, so we're going to do everything we can to get you up and running as fast as possible!
First of all once you have tried to charge it with the cable and charger from the box for at least 2 hours. If it still won't power on, please try the following:
1. Try a different cable and charger.
2. Gently remove the facial interface from the headset and charge that way.
3. Remove any third-party accessories from the headset if you have any and charge that way.
4. Try charging from another outlet.
