Oculus quest 3 V79 Issue?

Hi there Mocxx  I'm on v79.1034 and haven't seen this issue. When you play how long is the battery lasting? Are you getting less than an hour or nearer the usual 1 hour 45 to 2 hours? If so, it's definitely a software bug and you should send a bug report through the device or the phone app......and even if it's not charging fully it could still be a bug. Try doing a hard reset, it could well fix it, and then a factory reset, not forgetting to make sure your apps and games are backed up to date. If those things don't work, contact support.  Good luck. Maccyb123​ Hi there! im happy to have a quicly answer, thank you so much for taking your time to reply my problem, mostly when i play i less like 1 hour with 30 minutes? sometimes its for the game that drains my battery faster but yeah maybe it can be a bug, ill send a menssage to solve this soon as possible, I will keep you informed of what happens, thank you so much for the help!

Mocxx You are very welcome!. If you can play for up to 1 hour 30 minutes then you have likely more than 57% battery as I think with 57% you would be getting only about 45 or 50 minutes .  If the battery level looks like 57% for a long time while playing then you have full battery but only shows 57%.  There is a high chance it is a bug! 

Maccyb123​ Hi again! 2 hours ago i checked the VR battery with the oculus on and was still on 57% i turned it off a waited a little to the VR to cool a little and i putted to charge again thats when i decided to do this topic, while i was investigating and talking with some friends its was still charging and i recently checked it again and now was 78%! (i didnt charged it completely) so yeah maybe its a bug! a i didnt did fabric reset yet i think that happens because the oculus front part was hot and i didnt waited to cool when i putted it to charge, i hope its that thank you so much!!!!
