Hi there Mocxx I'm on v79.1034 and haven't seen this issue. When you play how long is the battery lasting? Are you getting less than an hour or nearer the usual 1 hour 45 to 2 hours? If so, it's definitely a software bug and you should send a bug report through the device or the phone app......and even if it's not charging fully it could still be a bug. Try doing a hard reset, it could well fix it, and then a factory reset, not forgetting to make sure your apps and games are backed up to date. If those things don't work, contact support. Good luck.
