I performed a factory reset on my Oculus Quest and began the setup process again. However, during the setup, the system update gets stuck at "Step 1 of 2" and does not progress. As a result, the device cannot start at all.
I would appreciate it if you could advise me on how to resolve this issue and get the device working again.
