Hey there fletch.691769, we can se you are having an issue with the tracking on your Oculus Rift S. We would love to help you with this and get this issue sorted for you.
Here are some common issues and the resolutions which you can try to see if this resolves the issue:
- Playing environment is too bright, oversaturating the camera, or has interfering lights like Christmas lights, LED strips etc.
Resolution can be to adjust the intensity of lights, turning some lights off, reduce sun exposure or use curtains/blinders.
- Playing environment is too dark, preventing the tracking cameras working properly due to lack of lighting
Resolution can be to keep the minimum lighting in the room/play area.
- Playing environment contains reflective surfaces, interfering with the tracking cameras like mirrors, TV screens, window reflections, polished marbles etc.
Resolution can be to cover the reflective surfaces while playing or play in a different location.
- Dirty tracking cameras, if the cameras are not clean this can cause issues with tracking.

Thank you I have covered my PC screen and it is more reliable with tracking however it still says that it is having issues tracking the headset are there any other ways that I can fix it I have also changed my lights set up in multiple different brightness like you stated as well as cleaning the lenses however after all this it still has the same issue. Any ideas?
