Unfortunately, after the latest Meta updates (January/February 2026), my beloved OTT stopped loading profiles and overwriting ODT settings, such as FOV ect.
ODT resets settings every time I start my PC.
What's the point of such changes? Is there an alternative to automatically loading settings into Oculus Debug Tool?

This is a recent change (late 2025 / Quest v62+).
OTT failed for the same reason.
Are you serious? They push this through an "automatic update"? I deeply regret buying the quest 3 on release, this VR headset (while using the meta link app for PC) has been a truly awful experience.
After a little google troubleshooting I found that to use OTT game profiles you need to go to OTT Advanced settings AppWatcher and check/select Start on OTT Start. After that, restart everything and try again. All working fine for me now. Cheers
