On and off
So basically I've had it for 1 week and my headset won't let me see like it randomly turns black and then let's me play again and I have no idea what to do I even did a whooe bunch of restarts and 1 factory reset

You've already tried factory resetting the device without success.
If I were you, I'd take the Quest back to where you bought it and get a working device.
