One Touch Pro Controller Won't Charge

My left Touch Pro controller wont charge, I try to clean the contact patches but nothing changes, I try multiple different outlets but nothing changed, multiple different blocks even though you shouldn't and still its broken, just displays a red dot forever and no haptic confirmation either. No drops or water contact or anything of the such in the past before it happened, it had just been sitting nice and neat in its case.

Of course im hesitant to open up my $300 controller that was clearly never designed to be opened, im hoping I dont have to send it to meta and pay more money, what can be done or am i out of luck?

  • My Right quest pro controller is now not charging at all, and there is no red dot, or connection noise.

    (The left is still working as normal)

    Is there some way to get a reset out of these things?

     

    (My Quest Pro Base circle also stopped charging the headset itself years ago. I've been using the USB C connector to charge directly.)

      VJFranzK​  I I understand your frustration but can you please put your opinion in one post rather than bombing the forum with multiples. We're all just users here like you, so keep it to one post. Also the moderators can flag multiple posts as coming from a spam account and ban it.
