OpenXR not working

I recently bought three games on Steam to play on my Quest 2, but unfortunately, they aren't working. I try opening Steam VR and going home, but it always crashes. Then I tried to use Pavlov Vr: It works for a little then suddenly crashes every time it appears like lines throughout the screen and completely freezes. Also, when opening Pavlov, a notification appears saying, "Oculus HMDs should use Oculus open XR runtime," but when I check the Oculus app, I see the button but can't press it I have no idea what is the problem please help.
