Ordered product on 23rd April worth £264.99 didn't arrive. Still Fight for a Refund!

Been fighting with META for weeks it’s ridiculous. I had to gather the evidence it returned to META they lied to my bank. But I found evidence they were wrong 2 weeks ago. Apparently still considering my refund???? Really??? Should I go ombudsman and trust pilot. Reviews for refunds on trust pilot from META horrific. Any ideas welcome?
