when I get a message from my sons Meta 3 s headset to authorise a game I get a message this page is not available so can grant access, both the headset and my iphone are using the latest verson of the software, I have tried logging out and back in. Also in Family cente I can't click on ayones name to look at or change settings nothing happens.

I have tried over more than 1 week every day and also tried creating a new account for my son with exactly the same problem. Could this be because my son had an account previously but that got blocked as he mistyped some of the login info being requested and we couldn't figure out what it was before the account got locked down?

Possible..... but then, when his account is locked/disabled, how can he send you a request to authorise a game?🤔

I created a new account for him after he got blocked which is where the request have been generated, I contacted Meta via whatsapp but only got so far then was told it was beyond that departments remit and that the conversation would be emailed to someone else, 24hrs on and as yet no reply. No way to unblock account from what I have read, I would have hoped that the family supervisor level person could do some form of higher level log in to unblock but apparently not.
