Parental Controls not working

Hello. A while ago me and my dad set up Parental Controls for my old Meta Account. After we had done all the steps my account was still deactivated even when we tried it again which ended up with me being forced to factory reset and entrusting my vr with my Brother until i turned 13.

    I mostly want this account back so the money i spent on this account doesnt go completely to waste
