Payment issues are exhausting

After being a meta-quest 3 4K user for 8 months, they are currently denying me the ability to purchase anything due to security issues even though my payment methods did not change and even the money on my quest, cash is unable to be used. The security window says.:

We noticed something unusual and, for your security, this request couldn’t be complete completed. Please try again later, or visit our help center.

At this rate, I will never recommend Meta quest to anybody due to things like this
