I purchased a Rift S–compatible title. The order is completed and visible in my account, but the PC VR entitlement was not granted. The app does not appear in my Meta Quest Link desktop library and never attempts to download. This is not a hardware issue. Please regrant or refresh the PC entitlement for this purchase. The game in question Real VR Fishing lists Rift S as compatible.

I purchased Real VR Fishing today. The order shows as completed in my account, and the store page lists Rift S support. However, the app does not appear anywhere in my Meta Quest Link desktop library and never attempts to download. Clicking “Get” in the store results in an error.
This appears to be a missing PC VR entitlement. My Rift S works normally with other titles and Steam VR.
Please escalate or refresh the PC VR entitlement for this purchase.

Did you buy the pc version or the Quest version of the game?
I know, it's cross buy and actually it shouldn't matter where you buy it.....
....but there are other posts from users having issues with several(not all) cross buy games to download/install the pc version.

I don’t really know if support will help. I’ve bought Vader immortal 1 and 3 on Quest and I can’t even claim them on Quest link, and then when I gave up and finally contacted support they kept wanting to factory reset my Oculus Quest which had nothing to do with any of it.
So if you contact Meta they most likely won’t do much besides want to factory reset your quest (if you have one) and even when I tried to move away from the topic of factory reseting my headset they always found a way to go back to that topic or completely ignore what you said you were having the issue on
I have the standalone Quest version of RealVR fishing. What I know about the PCVR version, is that for many years the developer neglected to update the Steam version. But it got a full update in December (only on Steam, I believe). So what I suspect is that the Link PCVR Store version is unavailable, as I don't think it has been updated in a very long time (is probably broken) and best to avoid. So possibly it may have been pulled from the Link PCVR store.
You might be right, that it won't work.
In the pcvr web store Rifts aren't listed anymore, even though the pc app still says it's available.
I checked but I'm not sure about which I bought. That being said when I search for the game and select the PC VR Link the game shows up but it just won't download. I was on with support for an hour and he basically had me repeat everything I did already. It really shouldn't be this hard. You buy a game and you play it. I asked about the entitlement but he carefully avoided saying anything.
Rhafi like I said. something seems wrong with some cross buy games when you buy the Quest version.
If I were you, I would refund the game and buy the PC version..... I'm pretty sure the download will work then.
We tried that a few days ago with another game. steve_40 has the Quest version of that game and can't download the pc version. I have the pc version of the same game, dowload/install worked without issues.
Are all games purchased through the Meta Store for Meta Quest only? Is it better to buy through the Meta Link App instead?
If you use the link app, you can be absolutely sure that you buy the pc version.
Or use the web store.... with the little arrow in the search bar can you switch between Quest or link vr games.
Use the Link from pc..... if you use it from your phone, it'll automatically open the Horizon app and I can't find the ption to switch to pcvr games in the app anymore.😂

Yeah I’m pretty sure they removed the option to search for Ocukus Rift or Oculus Go games unless you have a Oculus rift or Go (which its pretty weird how they removed that if you ask me)
It seems redeeming the PC VR versions of cross-buy titles is broken for titles on sale.

Nice catch. All the PCVR games that I can't redeem were bought in the Quest store while they were on sale. The ones that were not on sale were all fully redeemable. The reddit threads indicate that Meta can't fix (or don't care about fixing) the problem and will only offer a full refund.
Means..... don't buy on sale, if you want to use a game on both, standalone and pc?🤦♀️
