People App

I came across some problems with my device. I tried calling my friend on the Oculus Quest 2 and it instantly kicked me out of the call, he tried aswell and it did the same. We had then unfollowed eachother but weren't able to follow eachother back. When i would click on his profile to follow him there was no option to follow or message only to report or block. We then factory reset our devices but still nothing changed. I even tried searching up his account but it didn't pop up and he did the same but neither for him mine didn't pop up. I'm able to call all of my other friends except him. On the other hand for him he's unable to call anyone. What can he do?
