Pixelated vertical lines that sweep across my displays starting at the left.

This has happened multiple times, along with multiple other repeated glitches that make me restart my headset in the middle of games. With the vertical lines however, I can't identify one singular fix, i just mess around, restart multiple times, leave it for 30 minutes, and sometimes just restarting once works others nothing will. Why is this happening (1 month out the box) I haven't damaged it, dropped it, or done anything out of the ordinary that would usually illicit this kind of reaction out of a device. any suggestions?

  • I think it just bit the dust, it glitched and even after a factory reset it won't go back to normal. How do i check if i have warranty and if i don't is there anything i can do? I got it out the box and it glitched that same day, it's just been getting worse since

      You can get your box serial number and warranty status here. An alternative site here shows the headset serial number (which the support site often won't accept) but no warranty status.
