Please help

I faculty restarted my Oculus after years because it wouldn't let me back in and it keeps telling me to put in code and follow the instructions it tells you to but there is no instructions and I looked and I looked there's nowhere to put in a code so now I can't pay Oculus ever again

    You didn't mention which headset you're trying to set up... but the process is similar for all of them, so maybe this video can help.
