Please help!
Ever since I dropped my quest 3s, I haven’t been able to get into my headset because the screen keeps freezing then unfreezing and keeps doing that, the controllers also just buzz over and over again and I don’t know what to do

Well I’m not exactly sure what to say to help this or if this will help you. But it basically sounds like the whole thing is broken. I’m not exactly sure but you might want to go to a computer shop or something similar that might have a chance of fixing it or helping your problem out.

I think, BroworldWar is right.... it sounds broken.
If you are in the US google for Fix my Oculus...... they are repairing vr headsets.
Or search for vr headsets repair shops in your country, if you are located anywhere else.
Pro Tip: never drop your Quest 3s, it might break 😉. Fix my Oculus.
