Plz give me some feedback

Okay so everytime I power on or turn on my headset it just stays as a gray screen I tried rebooting factory resetting it hard reset nothing if there's something that has to do with the headset please inform me I need help immediately.

    If you have placed sticky tape over the proximity sensor, remove it. Make sure your sensor is not obstructed by anything, including the faceplate. Otherwise, you might have a faulty proximity sensor.
