Plz help..can't even get support because it says my sn for Quest 2 doesn't exist.

Can someone please contact me as I can't even get through support.  I type in emails, phone number, and sn for my quest 2 and says it doesn't exist for those accounts.  I know it has to do with my emails and Instagram is all messed up.  I can't sign in until this is taken care of.
