possibly faulty tech

battery wont charge past 1% thinking about either shooting it or selling it and going with a competing brand if it doesnt work today. im using type c to c on a wall outlet with no other 3rd party equipment attached. I paid 500 dollars for your dollar store tech and it shouldnt fail this easy with no guaranteed warranty.

    I've figured it out without the useless nerds. make sure your airlink isnt connected to the device. mine just kept connecting for some odd reason.
