Problem on Registration - Email does not exist
Today i bought a new meta quest 3. i followed all instructions 1 by 1. First setup, then wlan, then organisation pin, then email ... this is were the problem occurs.
When i put in the email it says the email does not exist. I logged in over the website and all worked all, i setup a profile and activated the app. The pin code was accepted, the email not however the email exisits and i was able to logon to the website.
I tried to register 3 new different emails and setup all of them and tried the same. All time the website replies back that the email does not exisit. The email is verified and works well with the notifications and co.
i factory reset the device and tried it again with 2 other emails with same result.
Can sombody explain me how to register and use this device when it does not accept already registered accounts. asking for a solution mostly ends in doing all again with same issue.
In case i can not resolve this within 1-2 weeks i will drop the device back to the seller with feedback.
