Problem with logging into the quest link app

I recently deleted the app because the link was lagging and downloaded it again.
Now when I log in, it tells me this error, if I log in to my account, it doesn't take me to the login page, but to the page with changing the language.
I reinstalled a clean Windows 5 times, checked with a VPN, nothing works.

      Hi there monstralek,

Thanks for getting in touch with the Meta Quest Support Team, we want to help get you back into the Metaverse with PCVR so lets see what we can do.

Sometimes uninstalling and reinstalling the app is required, but to make sure all files are removed properly before reinstalling you may need to perform a manual uninstall.

To manually uninstall then reinstall the Meta Horizon PC app from your device:

      1. Disconnect the Rift/Link cable from the computer
      2. Disconnect your computer from the internet
      3. Backup any content.
        • Learn how to back up your content in our Help Center.
      4. Reboot your computer into Safe Mode.
        • Learn how on this page.
      5. Uninstall the Meta Horizon PC app using the Control Panel.
        • Learn how on this page.

      Part 2/2

      1. Delete all Oculus folders from the folder called C:\Program Files.
      2. Remove any Oculus folders from the following locations:
        • C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData
        • C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData\Local
        • C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData\LocalLow
        • C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData\Roaming
        • C:\OculusSetup-DownloadCache
        • Note: The AppData folder is usually hidden. Use these steps to access AppData.
          1. Press Windows key + R to launch the Run dialog window.
          2. Type %AppData% in the Run box and click OK or press Enter
          3. File Explorer will launch to the AppData\Roaming subfolder.
          4. Click AppData in the File Explorer address bar to show all three subfolders in the AppData location.
      3. Restart your computer in normal mode.
      4. Reconnect your computer to the internet.
      5. Install the Meta Horizon PC app again using the setup tool from our website
      6. Reconnect the Rift/Link cable and re-test the headset

If you are still having issues after manually reinstalling please let us know!
