I think you reported a different problem a while ago and was advised in private chat with support that you needed to get a new headset after trying all the solutions as your headset went to grey screen and couldn't see anything when you opened it. Now, you're saying that your headset went blank while setting up WiFi but you can see the logo. Are you trolling here because your story has completely changed after your last set of comments which are no longer on the forum?

His last post is still here, but the story is a little different.

OK. I went back to the post and got access denied or no longer available. Probably a forum glitch. But there's something not quite right here.

This is my brother's story. And I hate trolling.

Your brother's story? But you said it was your headset. You've given us three different stories now. Stop wasting people's time and if you have an issue after trying what steve_40 advised just contact Meta support directly through the Horizon app on your phone, though as Meta support here has said they can't do any more for you I'm not sure it will help.

I'm not trolling, it's just that English, alas, isn't my language, and I tried to be brief. I always saw the logo with sound, but then a white dot would appear in the center and disappear, and everything would fade to gray forever.

Meta support has already told you that there's nothing else they can do. They are the experts so I can't imagine you'll get any better advice here. In your other complaint comment support told you they have tried everything and can't provide any other help.

You can add a wifi network to your headset using the Meta Horizon app on your mobile phone; you don't need to use your headset.
You can try doing a factory reset on your headset, but it appears you have already tried this.
You could also try doing a Meta Quest Software Update from your PC using a USB cable.
Getting a grey screen after a factory reset could mean that the proximity sensor on your headset is obstructed or faulty. Make sure the sensor is not obstructed by tape (e.g. maybe you placed tape over it to keep the headset turned on) or an incorrectly fitted facial interface. Otherwise, you could try getting the sensor replaced by someone such as Fix My Oculus (if you live in USA).
