Solved
Problem with the update. It won't let me enter the meta quests.
I have gone to update to the latest version in Meta QUEST 3 and when I turn on the VR the menu appears and immediately restarts
Okay, I think I've solved it. I've completely turned off the VR to break the reboot loop.
