Problems with the quest 2

Hello I am an owner of a quest 2,

So the first time we got are headset was about 3 or for years ago but when we set it up that when the problem starts first we had problems connecting to the wifi second abit 1 or 2y later I tried gorilla tag and it just closed as soon as I opened it started to work  again 2 days ago but now it's broken again and now when i try to turn off the headset it just shows a black screen and the light just flashes white so does anyone have this problems and can I fix these problems?
