Progressive Failure of 3s controllers

My problem first started with the R controller. I lost in game tracking. I went in and did trouble shooting to re-pair, replace batteries, and performed recalibration. 

This improved my in game performance. There were obviously places that my unit was not able to "see" while I was doing the recalibration, so I had to modify the sensitivity settings. When I went to play again the next time, my controllers wouldn't allow correct directional pointing, either the R or L. I rebooted, I tried repairing the controllers, and had intermittent capacity to engage the trigger buttons, so I can't navigate now. This is both controllers now. 

I have performed all standard interventions with power, and things have basically gotten worse. The "laser pointers", don't go where I point them, and if I can get them pointed at what I want to choose, the triggers aren't registering. 

I am getting frustrated. I entered a complaint ticket verbally last week, and there has been no response. This is how I normally workout, and I have not been able to workout for over a week now. Each time I re start the problems seem worse than before.
