PTC 2.4.1034 make device unusable

PTC 2.4.1034 broke device. Quest 3 restarting itself every few minutes. No matter if in sleep/charge mode. Hang and restarting in PCVR/VR withing 3-4 minutes. I happened right after update to v2.4.1034. There was 2 updates: one small and second (today) bigger - 1.3GB.
