I can confirm this issue is still not fixed in v2.4, and it's also present in PTC v2.5.
This appears to be a system-level issue.
If you go to OS Recording settings (Camera settings) and change the recording reference point from Left (default) to Right, then restart and view a 180° 3D SBS video in the browser, the video now only displays in the right eye instead. The left eye shows black, or more accurately, the video appears to be rendering behind the user - similar to how a 360 video would render incorrectly.
I never noticed that as I hadn't tried it since getting v2.4 so I just checked it now, did everything you did on my 3s and I'm not experiencing any problems with it. It's working normally for me so more likely a bug rather than system level, then we'd all have it. Either way definitely report it through the bug reporting tool on the headset so the devs can look at it. Hope you get it fixed soon! 🤞🤞 Oh here's my build no if you want to check it against yours.

Thanks for checking and sharing your build number.
I just retested this on both my Quest 3 and Quest 2 using the system Browser https://www.meta.com/ko-kr/experiences/browser/1916519981771802/, and the issue occurs on both devices. For Quest 3S, I don't have the device to test myself, but I've seen multiple community posts describing the exact same symptoms.
To clarify, this only happens in the system Browser app, and only with the 180° 3D SBS mode. Other apps work fine, and other projection modes in the Browser work fine too.
Also, you don't actually need a 3D SBS video to reproduce this. Since the issue is the right eye feed not displaying, you can test it with any video - just go fullscreen and switch the projection mode to 180° 3D SBS. The problem will show up even with regular 2D content.
Steps to reproduce: Open any video in the system Browser, put the browser into Focus View, make the content fullscreen, tap the "..." More menu at the bottom of the browser, go to Projection Mode and select 180° 3D SBS.
Only that specific mode fails - left eye only, or right eye only if you change the recording reference setting. Other modes like 2D, 360, 180 2D all work normally.

Thanks for the clarification! I just tried it exactly as you describe and it's working fine. Maybe I got lucky and the specific update I have doesn't have the bug.. It's very annoying though, definitely they should be looking into it and fixing it. 👍
