PTC v81 Frame drops during Golf+

After upgrading to V.81 PTC, Golf+ frequently drops frames during ball contact.  (or loses tracking).

It might possibly be related to brightness, as I had better results by turning almost all lights off in the room.  (something I never had to do before).   Although it also seems the longer I play the more likely the issue will become frequent.  

Not sure what troubleshooting steps I can perform to narrow down the issue.

    We understand you are encountering tracking issues and know how this can hinder your day to day gaming experience! Here are a few troubleshooting steps to resolve your issue:

     

    • Ensure that your area is well lit, with enough light to clearly see, but not direct sunlight.
    • Ensure that your area is free of small lights such as Christmas lights or LED strips.
    • Ensure that your area is free of any reflective surfaces such as mirrors, glass or polished marble.
    • Ensure that the tracking cameras on your headset are clean following our recommended maintenance and care guidelines.
    • Ensure that your environment is free of any obstructions between the tracking cameras and the controllers.
    • If your controllers have removable batteries, try removing the batteries from your controllers for at least 30 seconds before reinstalling.
    • Power off and restart your headset.
    • Unpair and re-pair your controllers to the headset.

     

    Just a heads up, if this issue only occurs in Golf+ it may be an in game issue and we reccomend checking settings as well as contacting the game developer to see if this is an ongoing issue.
