Q3 Elite Battery Strap not charging properly

Since non-beta V78/79 my Q3 Elite Battery strap does not charge properly.  That is, after a full shutdown, connected then to my Q3 charger, the main headset battery indicator never turns on.  This used to turn orange = charging, and green = charged once both the headset and elite battery were fully charged.

The workaround for me right now is to charge each battery separately.  Bit of a pain but this seems to work ok.  I have submitted a bug report on this with both v78 and v79.  Hopefully this will be fixed with the upcoming non-beta v81.  Cheers.
